I have been undertaking workplace meditations for 10 years and these have included relationship breakdown between team members, formal grievances, bullying and harassment, senior manager /employee problems, through to chief executive/chairman disputes. My training as a relationship counsellor as well as a mediator has been helpful in cases where there are high levels of sensitivity and emotion such as sexual harassment. I began my career in the health service and moved through teaching, social services and management to become Assistant Director of Law and Administration with Norfolk County Council. I am an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia. I specialise in designing and facilitating behavioural awareness training, including effective use of differences and also run mediation training for HR specialists and others. My clients are from the public, private and third sectors. |
