| Details | I am a Partner in the Daniel Connal Partnership, a firm of Chartered Surveyors, with over 35 years experience acting as Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Employers Agent on a wide range of Construction Projects. Mediation Norwich is a specialist entity within the Partnership. My present responsibility is for an office providing these services together with Building Surveying, Dispute Resolution and associated services. I was accredited by CEDR as a mediator in 1993 and I have regularly acted in that role since then. My experience has given me continued enthusiasm for the process. I am a member of panels of mediators held by bodies for the purpose of appointing mediators such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Chartered Institute of Building as well as CEDR Solve. I act as an assessor of mediators for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I also act regularly as Arbitrator, Adjudicator or Expert in Construction Disputes. Whilst my professional expertise is in Construction, my Mediation experience enables me to mediate in disputes outside of that field. |
