Cost
Fees for non-court referred cases will be by negotiation with the individual mediator chosen by the parties.
For cases referred to mediation by the Court, the following fees apply:

Depending on complexity of dispute and experience of Mediator: |
| Small Claims Track (Up to £5000) |
3 hour mediation: £100 - £250 |
| over 3 hours: by arrangement | |
| Fast Track (Up to £15,000) |
£500 - £750 |
| Multi-Track (Over £15,000) |
by negotiation with the mediator |
