Gillian’s mediation experience dates back to 1991 and since then she has been involved in successful mediations in both the public and private sectors.

One of her key strengths is her wide-ranging knowledge and direct experience of business issues. Gillian’s career has been built on a proven track record in Sales and Marketing, New Product Development and, most recently, within HR. Through UK, European and Global HR roles, Gillian has managed a wide range of employee-relations issues including redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances, and dismissals. She has worked in the voluntary sector in the UK and abroad as well as in multi-national business.

Gillian’s commercial mediations have covered diverse sectors including manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical and charitable.
