| Details | Qualified as a solicitor in 1989. Qualified as a Mediator in 1997. Angela is a practising solicitor with her own legal practice, specialising in dispute resolution. Mediation experience: insurance/reinsurance; healthcare; fatal accident; professional indemnity; personal injury (including brain injury and assault); child abuse and housing. Angela has a particular interest in mediating clinical negligence disputes having previously practised for many years as a clinical negligence solicitor: she, initially in her career, acted for health trusts and insurers before moving to a niche practice specialising in claims for the victims of medical and other accidents. She no longer works a solicitor in the field of clinical negligence having decided to focus on mediating clinical negligence disputes. Before becoming a solicitor Angela spent many years in the Diplomatic Service: she retains her interest in international issues and, particularly, cross-border disputes.
