Details

ADR Mediator for Sandwell Mediation Services from 2002, in 2004 left and joined Sandwell Trading Standards civil law team, in 2005 left to be the Manager of Central Mediation Services, in 2006 left and started his own Ltd Company and specialises in all dispute resolution practices.

Accredited by Academy of Experts (AOE) in November 2002 is on their qualified mediators register and has been mediating for them since January 2003.
Accredited by the ADR Group in April 2006.
Since 2002 as been the sole mediator, on various subject matters evolving out of commercial, community, ADR, victim offender, and homelessness disputes.

Has conciliated for the NHS & arbitrated for Sandwell Council.

Harvinder has also worked on a pilot project funded by the Legal Services Commission to provide ADR in Sandwell and Birmingham, which was very successful and saved clients and the taxpayer thousands of pounds, he has also delivered several presentations on ADR to various statutory, non statutory and voluntary organisations, written and submitted articles to Mediation UK, the Advice Services Alliance and Mediation UK, and assisted with the research into Court Based Mediation Schemes commissioned by the Department of Constitutional Affairs through Westminster University, can fluently speak the south Asian language of Punjabi, and understands Hindi and Urdu.
