I have been a Partner of Howes Percival since 1989 and I am Head of Commercial Litigation at the Firm's office in Norwich (we have other offices in Northampton, Leicester and Milton Keynes). We are a large legal firm. There are over 20 litigation specialists based in Norwich. I have dealt with litigation work since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1981.
I have been involved in a broad range of cases, many of which have been high in value and complexity. They include:-
- Business contract disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence claims, mainly claims against solicitors and surveyors
- Building disputes
- Landlord and tenant and property litigation
- Contested insolvency
- Trusts and probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
I also have past experience of personal injury and medical (clinical) negligence litigation.

My mediation fees depend upon the nature of the dispute, the number of parties involved and where the mediation is to be held (rooms at Howes Percival's offices are available for use if appropriate). |
