Mediation is a way of helping to settle a dispute - a neutral person helps the parties find their own solution to the dispute, without having to go to court or another tribunal.

MiEA is a non-profit making regional organisation of qualified mediators and ADR professionals throughout Cambridgeshire, Essex, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Individual members offer their dispute resolution services for a fee (and in certain cases pro bono - without charge) to the public and to businesses, accepting both private and court referrals.
